Nick Vacca | Global Creative Director
Nick has been creating and implementing award-winning employer brands for over 20 years. Nick currently oversees the NYC creative team in delivering strategic creative solutions to an ever-expanding portfolio of clients, local and global, such as Citi, MetLife, Uniqlo, Johns Hopkins Medicine, Deloitte Consulting, TD Ameritrade, UPS, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, PetSmart, Liberty Mutual and Burger King. Prior to joining TMP in 2009, Nick was VP of Creative Services at Bernard Hodes Group, where he brought his unique blend of creative excellence and business insight to companies such as CapGemini, Fidelity Investments, New York–Presbyterian Hospital and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. As one of the lead Creative Directors for TMP Worldwide, Nick works closely with all clientele to ensure all efforts are conceptually and visually on-brand, on-target and equally effective across multiple media. Nick has a bachelor’s degree in Advertising Design from the University of Maryland.
